The Human Resources Manager will complete the application process and maintain employee files, background checks, refer for pre-employment and random drug and alcohol drug testing, process payroll, benefit administration, and maintain records. Plan and present employee safety meetings and training, coordinate work site safety. Accident monitoring and reporting, maintain OSHA standards and safety records and reporting. Prepare first report of injury for Worker Comp accidents. Assist employees with problem solving and conflict resolution. Need to be familiar with labor laws, Federal, State and Local safety rules and regulations, drug and alcohol programs, I-9's, W-4's and employment application processes.

General Affair and other administrative tasks (25%)
- Manage event booking: arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Administrative assistant to the upper management.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
- Bachelor degree highly preferred in HR Management, Business, or similar degree
- Reporting Skills
- Verbal Communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Experience with payroll system. ADP is preferred
