This position is located in Pune and is responsible for providing general HR & Admin services to our India associates, and business divisions. The HR Manager will report to HR Director, Asia and will be an integral part of the regional HR team. The HR Manager performs human resources-related responsibilities in, but not limited to the following functional areas: talent acquisition, employee service, employment, compensation & benefits, training and HR or company events.
- Full cycle talent acquisition management, includes candidate sourcing, application screening, interview & assessment, reference check, and proposing offer, etc., for India, ASEAN countries, and possibly Japan/Korea.
Performs India compensation & benefits benchmarking, analysis, recommendation, and review.
Performs India HR law research & analysis to assist problem solving in various HR or employment issues.
Conducts India HR personnel, hiring, and C&B related data analysis and compile reports.
Assists HR Director in various HR or company events, e.g. management meeting, team building, etc.
Other ad-hoc HR projects/tasks.
