SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing site wide Human Resource expertise and support for approximately 500-550 temporary associates.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree OR 3 years applicable experience
- Lean Greenbelt (preferred)
- Root cause analysis training (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that pre-placement hiring requirements are met and badges issued appropriately
- Responsible for de-activation of badges for suspended and terminated employees
- Ensure security rosters are maintained between security, Kimberly Clark, and MAU
- Responsible for annual HR training

- Serve as the primary point of contact regarding MAU training initiatives and scheduling of plant staff
- Serve as the primary point of contact in managing personnel files that are required for EEO investigation and assist MAU general counsel
- Post job openings and job transfers
- In association with the MAU Site Manager, establish posting requirements and key interview questions
- Communicate to candidates whether regarding applicant selection
- Schedule interview times, locations, and required team members
- Communicate wage changes to MAU payroll and invoicing for IntraStaff assignment update
- Train all management staff members regarding the PDA format and evaluation best practices
- Update evaluation documents and train to new standards
- Assist with Human Resource Investigations
- Serve as the point lead for all HR investigations which include:
- EEOC/Discrimination charges
- Harassment claims
- Maintain ownership of the investigation process to ensure:
- Timely response to claims with the flexibility to investigate on shift or at MAU Branch
- Understand the need for timely communications so that personnel schedules can be adjusted to ensure a complete investigation
- Communicate clear disposition of each case to leadership team and return dates and times of suspended employees
- Assist with Safety Investigations
- Provide case management assistance to MAU Safety & Site Manager
- Ensure that all counseling notices are documented in a defined time period and using a defined format
- Serve as a witness to all work performance and conduct counseling sessions
- Assist with MAU Payroll Processing
- Ensure HR Assistant is managing IntraStaff Order/Assignment activity in concert with required client purchase orders
- Administer direct deposit and pay card programs
- CIP and manage payroll improvements throughout the facility
- Monitor the MAU AR for Kimberly Clark and ensures that HR Assistant is updating weekly NTX amounts for each PO
- Ensure that Kimberly Clark service confirmers have necessary documentation to ensure invoice processing
- Manage site wide communications related to policy changes and deployment
