What We Are Looking For:

High School Diploma/GED, Trade school/Vocational certificate(s), preferred but not required.

1-2 years of manufacturing and automotive body repair and painting (sprayer, mixing paints, etc.) experience required.

Ability to properly operate pneumatic tools.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Basic knowledge of automotive assembly, pneumatic tools (i.e. DA) and print reading processes.

What You’ll Do As An Auto Body Paint Technician:

Mixing seam sealer / primer and use of all related supplies.

Armor and bare metal coating.

Execute the daily production required to meet the customer’s schedule, deliveries and completion of all production related documentation with a high level of quality.

Lead in some of these tasks as instructed by the Production Supervisor and the Auto Body Lead Technician as necessary and/or as directed.

Maintain a high level of workplace organization and keeping a daily focus on 5s housekeeping, including maintenance and care of all tools/paint guns.
