Expand your professional portfolio as a Team Leader at Robert Bosch in Florence, KY. As the Team Leader, you will provide guidance and support to all operators within assigned assembly line and ensure that line is operating affectivity and efficiently.

- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or assembly operations
- Basic language skills required
- Basic math skills required
- Individual must have ability to make independent decisions that may be of a complex nature
- Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software
- Perform daily LPA audits and quality checks as required
- Assist with troubleshooting of line issues and elevate to maintenance and supervisor as required
Maintain tooling & fixtures as appropriate
Support daily production plan
Assist in the implementation of new programs, processes, and tooling trials
Support continuous improvement activities including safety, quality and productivity for all assembly lines
Delegate labor to work stations on the line and ensure compliance with work instructions and control plans
Ensure documentation of work center training on appropriate form and accurate maintenance of training matrix for assigned assembly lines
Ensure assignment of labor consistent with documented operator training (assignments should be in line with training forms and training matrix
Support enforcement of company policies and employee handbook
Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety policies
