Operations Manager
The Operations Manager position oversees all staffing and recruiting. The Operations Manager is in charge of working closely with branch staff to implement strategic client service initiatives, ensure resources are properly allocated, build team cohesion, and develop staffing efficiencies.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Required Education and Experience
o 4-year Degree
o 3-5 years of professional work experience in HR or Staffing environment
o 1-3 years of management/supervisory experience
o Experience working with clients and employees
o Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred Education and Experience
o Masters' degree or equivalent
o 5 to 10 years related experience and/or training
o Senior HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR)
o Staffing industry, manufacturing HR or production supervisor experience
o Experience working with an HRIS
o Lean Greenbelt
o Root cause analysis training
• Ability to lift 10 – 25lbs on occasion
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to sit for up to 8 hours
• Ability to walk in a manufacturing environment for up to 8 hours on occasion
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Regularly communicate with and update customers on a strategic level to ensure and maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
• Hire, terminate, supervise, counsel, evaluate, discipline, coach, and recommend changes in internal recruiting staff and onsite team.
• Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures when needed.
• Review and communicate Key Performance Indictors with team (KPIs).
• Work with and manage staffing team including Staffing Specialists and Staffing Supervisors.
• Oversee and manage all branch operational processes including but not limited to the following:
o Orientation
o Interviewing
o Pre-screening
o Recruiting
o Assessing
o Verifying documentation (e.g. proof of education)
o Drug screening
o Criminal background processing
o Terminations
o Counseling
o Incident investigation processes
o Account management processes
o Client communication processes
• Ensure effective operational strategy is being implemented at client site supporting onsite management teams where they exist and ensure ample presence is felt by client from MAU where onsite does not exist.
• Live safety by identifying hazards, correcting harmful conditions, and improving MAU’s safety culture, particularly in your division and team.
