SUMMARY:
The Platform Supervisor will solve problems by taking initiative to ensure that customer needs are met, and standards are applied consistently across all shifts and teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 1+ years of applicable experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Root cause analysis training (preferred)
- Lean Greenbelt experience (preferred)
- Proficient problem-solving/analysis skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver clear communication across multiple levels of the organization including to associates, peers, managers, and the customer
- Share their vision and/or the vision of the company leadership and is able to break complex ideas down to simpler concepts
- Demonstrate proficiency in providing coaching and feedback to associates with the end result of increased production and greater job satisfaction
- Excel in both written and oral communication skills. Has the ability to train and present new ideas across all levels of the organization
- Create buy-in among stakeholders
- Demonstrate the ability to make objective and rational decisions based on the information available
- Demonstrate the resolve to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with leadership to determine best use of available resources when necessary
- Supervise with Safety as first priority
- Ensure profitability by controlling costs and managing the workforce to best meet the customer’s needs
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to help gain operational excellence and reduce costs
- Provide outstanding MAU Customer Service
- Investigate material damages and material shortages
- Ensure compliance with GMP, dress code and PPE policies
- Update communication boards and address "Red" conditions
- Counsel employees on attendance, performance, and behavioral issues
- Payroll/KRONOS maintenance
