SUMMARY:
The Associate Employment Specialist will work on-site at an MAU client with responsibility for supporting the reporting, recruiting, and service commitment internal and external exempt and non-exempt positions.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer and MS Office skills required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage recruiting activities for skilled positions and contractor roles
- Coordinate recruiting activities with MAU Recruiters
- Coordinate marketing activities for skilled recruiting, as appropriate
- Facilitate on-site skilled testing including test corrections and feedback
- Submit qualified applicants and coordinate onsite interviews for applicants
- Provide feedback to recruiters for rejected skilled applicants
- Make offers and coordinate all new hire paperwork and on-boarding
- Manage Onsite Contractors
- Track approved requisitions for contractors
- Hold Qualification meetings with hiring managers for each contractor position
- Request purchase orders for new contractors
- Manage contractor payroll activities
- Manage associate relations questions for contractors
- Maintain MAU Monthly Contractor Headcount Report
- Manage Student and Apprenticeship Programs (Co-Ops and International Interns)
- Hold Qualification meetings and track approved requisitions
- Review applicants, submit to hiring managers, and schedule interviews
- Send out offer letters to approved candidates and rejection notifications to non-approved candidates
- Coordinate all new hire paperwork and on-boarding activities including drug testing, background checks, Equifax paperwork, shoe vouchers, new hire orientation, and meet and greets
- Manage co-op and intern payroll activities
- Manage associate relations questions
- Maintain staffing reports and other metrics
- Travel to partner schools for co-op recruiting trips, support job fairs, and maintain job postings
- Participate in weekly client staffing meetings
- Participate in monthly MAU staffing meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
