SUMMARY:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for inputting and verifying data to support the timely tracking of attendance records for MAU employees. Specific duties include performing absences tracking, entering detailed entries into HRIS and attendance database systems, completing various forms, interacting with employees, and any other duties.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma
- Able to perform physical demands
- Walk 2+ miles per day
- Lift 30lbs
- Sit for up to 4 hours
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
- High degree of professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of the organization
- Strong aptitude for databases and other software
- Above average Microsoft Office Suites proficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and escort client and customer site visits
- Manage workflow to ensure all absences are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Enter data into HRIS and attendance database systems
- Email the appropriate audience concerning attendance issues
- Support the Associate Relations team with absence data
- Ensure that the absence management system is updated accurately for absences, early leaves, and late arrivals
- Manage absence phone line and report absences to appropriate personnel
- Ensure that medical notes are documented in a timely manner
- Communicate with FMLA and WC Administrator to ensure absences are accurate and up to date
- Document all Requests for Time Off (RTO)
- Update records in databas
- Notify associate of denied request status
- Act as an Associate Resource
- Serve as a communication point for associates with concerns about attendance point
- Provide daily attendance report to appropriate teams
- Scan and file paperwork daily
- Answer incoming phone calls and take detailed messages
