Inventory Control Coordinator

What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years related managerial experience and/or inventory control experience
- 5+ years experience with inventory management software (e.g., ERP)
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Organizational skills to manage multiple moving pieces, people, and orders
- Proven ability to implement process improvements
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
- Experience conducting tracking and data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mind with strong attention to detail
What You’ll Do As An Inventory Control Coordinator:
- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory of supply and products
- Perform daily analysis to identify potential inventory roadblocks
- Investigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventory
- Plan, implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control and loss mitigation
- Define inventory KPIs and track them regularly
- Evaluate and modify where necessary new inventory to ensure its ready for shipment
- Make recommendations to leadership about improvements in inventory life cycle
- Minimize inventory loss by incorporating best supply chain practices
- Maintain consistent and sufficient stock levels to meet clients demands
- Analyze data and statistics to continually improve processes
- Audit processes and inventory to track performance
- Oversee and control inventory coming in and out of the warehouse and branches to ensure right part, right place, right time philosophy
- Find ways to reduce costs and optimize control procedures
- Work cross functionally with receivers and warehouse personnel to ensure inventory SOP are being followed
- Present findings, reports, and data to upper management on regular schedule
- Perform and assists with general maintenance and cleanup of warehouse
- Work closely with and performs other duties as assigned by Management
