Customer Service Representative
Start your new career as a Customer Service Representative with MAU in McDonough, GA. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and servicing distribution accounts for product orders, invoicing, freight and verification documents.

What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficient in using personal computer, data entry terminal, and other common office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish speaking (preferred)
- Lean daily management knowledge (preferred)
What You’ll Do As A Customer Service Representative:
- Communicate via phone and email on a daily basis with customers, sales representatives, vendors and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process and input all customer orders, checking stock for product availability
- Coordinate expedited shipping with the shipping departments when rush orders as required.
- Process transactions for customers, either customer initiated or sales team initiated (i.e. returns, sample requests, pricing issue resolution, complaint resolution, authorization of credit cards)
- Obtain, research and evaluate relevant information to offer solutions
- Review back orders reports and communicate any back order issues with the sales team on a weekly basis
- Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction
- Develop and grow product and industry knowledge in order to assist customers with questions regarding all items, demonstrating that we are partnering with the customer as an industry expert
- Release, edit and complete EDI, DSSI and B2B information as needed
- Track information daily for Lean Daily Management
- Gather and present Lean Daily Management to Gemba Team
- Some travel may be required (less than 10% per year)
- Required to maintain consistent and acceptable attendance according to the assigned schedule provided by the manager
- Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
