Summary:
The HR Assistant is responsible for inputting and the verification of data to support the timely employment of MAU associates. Specific duties include performing new employment orientations; processing and acquiring site specific badges; entering detailed entries into HRIS systems; completing various forms, supporting headcount, and any other duties required of the HR Assistant.

What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Highly proficient in Excel with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Associate Degree (preferred)
- Previous SAP experience (preferred)
What You’ll Do:
- Manage workflow to ensure all pre-employment transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Attend meetings and interact with client face to face for the purpose of conveying and/or receiving information required to perform job functions
- Communicate with a variety of internal and external parties for the purposes of ensuring accurate processing of employment paperwork
- Support, perform, and/or lead weekly new employee orientations
- Terminate CWF employees’ employment in HRIS systems
- Establish new employee folders on shared drive
- Ensure attrition data collection system(s) are updated
- Perform daily scanning and retention of paperwork
- Provide Timesheets and Rosters for new employees to required internal and external parties
- Audit daily tasks to ensure all data entry is accurate and complete
- Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
