SUMMARY:
The Associate Relations Leader’s role is to interact with and support the MAU personnel assigned to the customer site and ensure that customer key performance indicators are achieved. You will specifically manage HR functions with a focus on payroll, performance counseling, and attendance tracking.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Employee Relations
- Strong analytical, math, and reasoning skills
- Proficient communication skills
- Advanced problem solving and analytical abilities
- Lean Greenbelt (preferred)
- Root Cause Analysis experience (preferred)
- Ability to perform all duties safely and efficiently, while under the following physical demands:
- Lifting up to 20 pounds periodically, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Standing/walking for up to 9 hours
- Climbing stairs multiple times per day
- Limited travel required (prefer ability of overnight travel)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily work activities
- Process, verify, and maintain documentation on each employee
- Absences, investigations, performance reports, and dates/reasonings for terminations
- Audit time records
- Evaluate risks and seek advice using sound judgement
- Problem-solve to identify issues and assess problems
- Identify opportunities for improving and streamlining work process
- Audit and authorize all required paperwork
- Support new initiatives by demonstrating the ability to focus on positive outcomes
- Observe and utilize new information appropriately
- Maintain daily interaction with Section Leaders/Managers, while establishing a good rapport
- Outline and prepare for customer service-related activities
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees
- Effectively articulate policies, their applications, and the importance of adherence
- Facilitate daily team meetings
- Execute the payroll process to ensure timely payment for employees
