SUMMARY:
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for identifying, sourcing, qualifying, presenting, and placing candidates in contract and direct hire jobs with MAU's clients. You will proactively build and nurture a vast network of candidates in the respective discipline(s) and market (s) by fostering an environment of honesty, teamwork, and a sense of urgency with account management, business development, and recruiting colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Assertive but outgoing personality
- Microsoft Office and ATS system (Bullhorn, etc.) proficiency
- Proven success in creative sourcing strategies (desired)
- Previous experience performing exempt-level search assignments for manufacturing organizations (preferred)
- Previous experience with technical (engineering and similar) exempt-level and senior leadership-level search assignments (preferred)
- Prior agency recruiting background (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand/walk for up to 4 hours per shift, and sit for up to 4 hours per shift
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with account managers to provide creative recruitment solutions to meet clients' hiring needs
- Conduct candidate searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.)
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates
- Schedule interviews between customers and candidates as appropriate
- Prepare candidates for job interviews
- Follow up with candidates and account managers after interviews
- Present job offers and negotiate as necessary
- Utilize MAU's applicant tracking system to manage the recruiting workflow/process effectively
- Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in contract and direct hire recruitment
- Meet/exceed annual total gross margin goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
