Talent Acquisition Leader
SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Leader is responsible for maintaining essential relationships with key clients and stakeholders. You will own the talent acquisition process and manage the recruiting team for internal, external, exempt, and non-exempt positions at Bosch-Charleston. This position will sit onsite and provide coordination between MAU and the client including detailed reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting operations experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience managing a team required
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong customer service aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an assertive and outgoing personality
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on data from multiple sources, and translate the information into reports for various levels of the organization
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team of 3-6 direct reports
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the client’s HR department and hiring managers, while leading the placement process
- Follow up on requisition approvals and/or rejections
- Submit candidates and schedule interviews with appropriate hiring manager
- Schedule and lead position qualification meetings to verify hiring manager’s needs prior to internal posting
- Coordinate onboarding, including offer, acceptance, and follow-up
- Oversee the internal and external exempt and non-exempt bidding
- Act as a liaison between MAU recruiters and the client’s representatives for hiring activities
- Post and maintain all positions on job boards and in the applicant tracking system
- Manage Onsite Contractors including payroll and employee relations
- Manage Student Programs (Co-Ops and International Interns) including payroll and employee relations
- Manage Apprenticeship Program recruiting efforts
- Manage internal and external hourly hiring
- Participate in weekly client staffing meetings and monthly MAU staffing meetings
- Maintain various reporting spreadsheets
- Other duties as assigned
