SUMMARY:

As the Director of Benefits and Compensation, you will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, administration and governance of the client’s total rewards programs, policies, and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
- B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field
- Certification as a CCP, CBP, or SHRM-SCP (preferred)
- 10+ years’ work experience in compensation and benefits programs and administration including experience evaluating, developing, and implementing company-wide base and incentive programs at all levels and health and welfare plans
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to base and incentive compensation programs, benefits and other HR related laws and regulations
- Highly proficient utilizing HRIS for compensation, benefits, overall data compliance and program administration.
- Multi-site location (30+) experience (preferred)
- Experience with Dayforce (preferred)
- Growth minded candidate who is agile and flexible (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and administer base compensation structure and programs including conducting job analysis and evaluations, determining FLSA status, creating and updating job descriptions, developing and administering pay grades, administering merit pay program, and reviewing and administering pay changes for budget compliance and internal equity
- Manage and administer variable compensation programs including developing and updating commission and bonus plans, consulting and coordinating with leaders on incentive plan objectives, and reviewing objectives for alignment with Company goals and objectives
- Manage and administer health and welfare programs including negotiating with insurance carriers and vendors, managing the broker and vendor relationships, overseeing annual renewals and open enrollment, developing cost analysis and annual recommendations for health and welfare benefit plans and premiums and developing processes and controls
- Manage and administer the Company’s retirement plans, including participant communication and plan administration
- Develop and manage paid time off programs and policies and coordinate with Payroll on administration
- Manage the employee experience on the benefits and compensation side of the business.
- Work with marketing to manage all company wide communications in benefits and compensation
- Continue to bring fresh innovative fun ideas regarding compensation and benefits to the organization
