SUMMARY:
The Corporate Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting strategic narratives related to SEO, website, blog, digital campaigns, public relations, brand narrative, creative development, and graphic design. The Corporate Marketing Manager plays a key role in defining the creative strategy, delivering clear and impactful customer-centric communication aligned with the brand promise and customer experience principles

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in marketing management
Basic computer skills
Graphics Design experience
Grammatical editing, content/copywriting, and accuracy
Experience working with external advertising agencies in strategy and concept development and execution
Writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Demonstrated success in communications planning and execution to achieve objectives
Competency in AP Style
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of internal and external communication and public relations practices, methods and strategies; align with overall corporate messaging
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ongoing process improvement, enabling faster and more efficient campaign development and best use of resources
Building relationships with stakeholders central to new growth opportunities and brand development
Leading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies -- Contribute to the development of strategic marketing campaigns that deliver objectives
Overseeing the development of quarterly digital content calendars
Managing content marketing strategy and execution across all channels, including website, social media, search engines, and email marketing/marketing automation platform
Establishing appropriate KPI goals and providing reports on metrics, including website and campaign performance and lead generation, and continually improving on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
Preparing messages, remarks, talking points, and other executive communication for leaders across the organization and ensuring messages align with and reinforce system-wide corporate voice
Translating complex information as necessary for the appropriate audience and enhancing communications to elevate the brand
Coordinating public relations plan development and organizing activities around advancements, announcements, education, and related activities
Monitoring and analyzing external trends to ensure the delivery of relevant, branded messages through appropriate communication channels
Participating in issues management and crisis communication as assigned
Working closely with outside agencies and freelancers
Collaborating with department teams to promote clear, concise, and consistent communication for a wide variety of internal and external initiatives
Creating and maintaining relationships with corporate/business media by proactively outreaching to key business publications and editors
Creating pitches on timely news to obtain press coverage based on corporate pushes
Monitoring and reporting on current, competitor and industry news and trends
Supporting internal communications for Human Resources
Managing advertising plans and media spend
Planning and managing internal and external company events
Managing and maintaining the internal online storefront clothing orders with vendors
Engaging in proactive media relations with new approaches and enterprising storylines and ideas
