SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the team and management, attaining safety, quality, delivery, cost, and talent-building objectives for MAU associates.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 1+ years of applicable experience
- Lean Greenbelt (preferred)
- Root cause analysis training (preferred)
- Previous leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Project management experience
- Exceptional understanding of quality management and the quality process, environmental management, operations processes, and business skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership to associates within the warehouse as well as across the facility
- Sustain and support Leader Standard Work for MAU
- Assist with conflict resolution between employees and the customer as well as between employees
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to all MAU employees and leaders
- Manage on-shift safety issues, injuries, property damages, and personnel incident reporting
- Maintain security compliance
- Issue post-accident reports and drug screens
- Supervise the warehouse with safety as the number one priority
- Ensure profitability by controlling costs and managing the workforce to meet the customer’s needs best
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to help gain operational excellence and reduce costs
- Provide outstanding MAU customer service
- Investigate material damage and shortages
- Ensure compliance with GMP, dress code, and MAU policies
- Update communications boards and address issues that are "Red"
- Perform employee attendance counseling
- Maintain payroll/KRONOS
- Participate actively in simple problem solving
