SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the team and management, attaining safety, quality, delivery, cost, and talent-building objectives for MAU associates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree OR 1+ years of applicable experience
• Lean Greenbelt (preferred)
• Root cause analysis training (preferred)
• Previous leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Time management and problem-solving skills
• Project management experience
• Exceptional understanding of quality management and the quality process, environmental management, operations processes, and business skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership to associates within the warehouse as well as across the facility
• Sustain and support Leader Standard Work for MAU
• Assist with conflict resolution between employees and the customer as well as between employees
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to all MAU employees and leaders

• Manage on-shift safety issues, injuries, property damages, and personnel incident reporting
• Maintain security compliance
• Issue post-accident reports and drug screens

• Supervise the warehouse with safety as the number one priority
• Ensure profitability by controlling costs and managing the workforce to meet the customer’s needs best
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to help gain operational excellence and reduce costs
• Provide outstanding MAU customer service
• Investigate material damage and shortages
• Ensure compliance with GMP, dress code, and MAU policies
• Update communications boards and address issues that are "Red"
• Perform employee attendance counseling
• Maintain payroll/KRONOS
• Participate actively in simple problem solving
